Another pretty decent outing for John Lester and yet no run support. The Red Sox really need to get it together. I know it's a long season but when you have the offense lineup that the Red Sox have you wouldn't think a 2-9 record. I'm pretty sure the only other team in history to go 2-9 and win the world series is the 1991 Minnesota Twins.
Well I guess Boston can look towards the Bruins for relief since they are going to start their playoff run on Thursday against the Montreal Canadians.
