What can I say that hasn't already been said today about the dominance that is the Boston Bruins. A 5-1 Philly beatdown, thats what I can say. It started early with a Zdeno Chara high powered slapshot 30 seconds into the game, followed up with a Krejci goal 33 seconds later. Tim Thomas didnt have to work as hard as Monday night but he was spetacular only letting in one goal and blocking 37 shots. Friday the Bruins go for the (fingers crossed) sweep and move on to the Conference Championship against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The Red Soxs game had a very long rain delay and unfourtunatley came up on the short end of the stick with a 5-3 loss. John Lackey will take the mound today hoping to continue their dominance of the Angels.
The Celtics come home to take on the Princesses, hopefully the Celtics can get back on track and move forward to banner #18
