What a night!

Patriots win their first game of the season. by beating the Dolphins 38-24. As impressive as that is Tom Brady had a record setting day. Tom Brady went 32-48 throwing for 517 yards 4 TD's, but the best play of the night came from Brady to Welker for a 99 1/2 yard TD reception .
Rob Gronkowski had 6 receptions for 86 yards and 1 TD
Deion Branch (old reliable) had 7 receptions for 93 yards
Aaron Hernandez had 7 receptions for 103 yards and 1 TD
and the other star of the night Wes Welker had 8 receptions for 160 yards and 2 TD's

The defense started out slow making Chad Henne look like Joe Montana but pulled it together after the first score. All in all I was very impressed with what I saw and I'm extremely excited about the rest of the season. If the Patriots continue to play like this Tom Brady will be the MVP again and we will be holding up the Lombardi  trophy. Ok ok I know it's early but wow they just were clicking on all cylinders last night and it was very exciting.

On another note NFL please stop letting crappy performers sing our national anthem... Fergie ?? really c'mon man! I would rather listen to Scott Stapp sing it again
