I will actually be like this:
The Selke Trophy goes to the best 2-way forward who can play great offense as well as great defense. Patrice Bergeron had one of his best offensive seasons of his career,
with 22 goals and 42 assists with only 20 penalty minutes. He also had the NHL’s league leading
plus/minus of +36. The dude is a machine
who can be played in every situation. Power play, penalty kill, 4 on 4, 5 on 3… you name
it! He is also one of the NHL’s premier
faceoff men. His 59.2% face-off win percentage was the second highest in the NHL this year. I swear of Datsyuk gets it
again I’m going to explode. Bergy deserves this one. The NHL Awards begin tonight at 7:00 PM ET in Las Vegas. The other Selke Trophy finalists are Detroit's Pavel Datsyuk and Saint Louis' David Backes.
“There’s your Selke Trophy winner folks! Right there!”
Just so you all know… he won. Guess I won't have to go ballistic and throw stuff everywhere now.
